Tim is the Divisional President of the Employee Benefits department Williams-Manny Midwest and President of Midwest Financial Associates. Before joining Williams-Manny, Tim was President of Midwest Life and Health Group, LLC.

Since 1988, he has worked exclusively in the financial services and employee benefits field with a variety of individuals as well as small to large business clients.  Timothy is a University of Illinois graduate with a bachelors and post secondary degree in economics and finance.  He is a chartered life underwriter, chartered financial consultant, and a certified financial planner with specialization in the areas of estate planning, employee benefit planning, individual financial consultation, and advanced life insurance and business succession strategies.

 Mr. Knauf is active in the professional community with long term memberships in the American Society of CLU, ChFC, and NAIFA. He has served as a board member of the local chapter. Tim has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table for 14 consecutive years. He has qualified for the Top of the Table 6 times, Court of the Table once. Tim is a former President of the Rockford Life Underwriters association.
