Susanne is the Supervisor of the Benefit Analyst Department and is a licensed life and health insurance producer. She is responsible for the Marketing of our Clients Employee Benefits. She works on both fully insured and self funded client files, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability.  She also assists clients with their excel report preparation for self bill policies. Susanne has been employed by Williams-Manny Midwest since August 2005.  Prior to Williams-Manny Midwest, she worked as the Insurance Administrator for a major manufacturing company.  She has a  background in Human Resources, Payroll, COBRA administration and Customer Service.
