Norma has over 15 years experience in the industry. Norma began her career with Independent Life & Health Agency, the originating agency of Midwest Life & Health Group, in 1989 as assistant to the life insurance department, group benefits and group claims departments.  She then went on to market, administer and maintain group accounts ranging in sizes and benefit plans.  Experience has enabled Norma to remain with Independent Life & Health through the sale of the company in 1999 and through the merger with Williams-Manny, Inc. in 2007.  Norma has knowledge in self insured plans with the primary focus being fully insured and ancillary benefits.  Norma is licensed with the State of Illinois in Accident and Health and Life insurance benefits.
