Kathy has over 14 years experience in the benefits industry. She began her career with Pioneer Life Insurance Company in 1992 working with Individual Benefit Plans and Medicare Supplements. She was recruited by Benchmark Health Insurance Company in 1998 as an internal Customer Service Representative.  Because of her communications skills and knowledge, she moved into an external Customer Service Consultant position. She remained with the company as a Service Consultant through the purchase by Midwest Security Administrators in 2001 as well as the purchase of Midwest Security Administrators by United HealthCare in 2003. Kathy has knowledge of fully insured plans with her primary focus being for the past 6 years being self-insured plans. Kathy joined Williams Manny Midwest in April of 2006.
