President of Williams-Manny, Steve graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He began his insurance career working as a Loss Control Representative.
Steve joined Williams-Manny, Inc. in 1976 as a Loss Control Representative and then as Property Casualty Broker. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 1984 and to the office of President in 1990. He received his CPCU designation in 1982.
Steve is active in numerous community and industry affairs. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fairhaven Christian Retirement Home and is Chairman of First Love International Ministries. First Love is a Christian mission organization with ministries in Kenya, Nepal, the Philippines and Thailand.
A native of Rockford, Steve married his high school sweetheart. He has three children and two grandchildren and enjoys traveling, mission trips, golf and Bible study.
