Originally from Pekin, Illinois, Randy graduated from Illinois State University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and minor in Public Relations.
Randy started in sales in 1981 with the Peoria Rivermen Hockey (St. Louis Blues farm-club team). He worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for 13 years specializing in large property/casualty account sales and management. Ten of the thirteen years with Liberty Mutual were spent in the Rockford commercial account office.
Randy joined Williams-Manny in May of 1997 as a Property Casualty Account Executive. He is currently working on his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. His personal interests include golf and travel.
