Vice-President of Williams-Manny, ‘Jay’ is a 1971 graduate of St. Norbert College, Green Bay, Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. While attending St. Norbert College, he owned and operated a property/casualty independent claims adjusting and investigating company.
Upon graduation, Jay began his insurance career as a management trainee with the Continental Insurance Companies of New York and was assigned a field marketing position in Madison, Wisconsin. He received his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1977 and his CPCU designation in 1988.
Jay joined Williams-Manny, Inc. in October of 1988 as Vice-President, and was elected to the Board of Directors in 1989.Jay’s extensive involvement with community and industry affairs includes serving on the boards of the following organizations: New American Theater, YMCA of Rockford, St. James School & Parish, Rockford Country Club, Rockford Y’s Men’s Club, and Rockford Rotary Club.
He has served as a member of the ISO/Producers Liaison Committee, the Professional Insurance Agents Association and the West Bend Mutual Insurance Company Agents’ Advisory Council.
